Step One: Initial Meeting
After a client contacts us, we will schedule an initial meeting. In this meeting, we sit down to discuss their vision and expectations for the project. We align our creative directions and establish a solid foundation. This can be over the phone, online, or in person.
Step Two: Treatment Delivery
After gathering insights from the initial meeting, our creative team crafts a detailed treatment that outlines the video’s concept, storyline, and visual style. This document serves as a blueprint, illustrating how we envision bringing the video to life. It can include references, mood boards, and shot descriptions.
Step Three: Final Treatment Edits and Planning Process
Following the treatment delivery, we invite feedback and make necessary edits to ensure it fully meets the client's vision. Once the treatment is finalized, we begin the planning process, which includes scheduling, securing locations, and finalizing casting. This organized approach ensures that every detail is meticulously arranged for a smooth shoot.
Step Four: Shoot!
Our dedicated crew comes together to capture visuals that align with the treatment. We create an energetic and collaborative atmosphere on set, focusing on performance and creativity. Every shot is skillfully executed, ensuring we capture the essence of the client's vision.
Step Five: Editing
In the editing phase, our skilled editors transform the raw footage into a cohesive and engaging narrative. We carefully select the best takes, apply visual effects, and synchronize the audio to create a polished final product. This is a collaborative process, where we work closely with the client to refine the video and ensure it continues to align with their vision.
Step Six: Final Delivery
Once the editing is complete and the client is satisfied, we prepare the final delivery of the video. The client may choose either a physical or digital copy of the final product.
